Viewing Your KOLs
The My KOLs section provides quick access to your "favorited" or "shortlisted" Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), while the left-hand sidebar allows you to explore the full list of KOLs your company subscribes to. Both lead to detailed KOL profiles for deeper insights.
What It Is
My KOLs: A personalized list of your selected KOLs for quick and easy access.
All KOLs: The complete list of KOLs available through your company's subscription.
Both options let you access detailed KOL profiles to view activity, insights, and key metrics.
How to View and Manage Your KOLs
Step 1: Access the Complete KOL List
On the left-hand sidebar, click All KOLs to view the full list of KOLs subscribed by your company.
Scroll or use the search bar to find the KOL you’re interested in.
Step 2: Use "My KOLs" for Favorites
To view your "favorited" KOLs, click My KOLs in the left-hand sidebar.
This will display a curated list of KOLs you’ve added for quick access.
Step 3: Navigate to KOL Profiles
Click on any KOL’s name (from either My KOLs or All KOLs) to open their detailed profile.
Inside the profile, you can explore:
Activity Overview: Number of articles, podcasts, publications, and videos.
Biography: Professional details, contact information, and affiliations.
Trending Topics: Key topics the KOL is discussing.
Brands: Mentions and insights related to pharmaceutical brands.
Geographic Location: Visualized on a map.
Step 4: Add or Remove KOLs from "My KOLs"
While on a KOL profile, click Add to My KOLs (or Remove from My KOLs) to manage your favorites.
Changes will instantly reflect in the My KOLs section.
Best Practices
Prioritize Key KOLs: Regularly update your My KOLs list based on your focus areas or project needs.
Monitor Activity: Frequently check your favorited KOL profiles for updated topics, metrics, and content.
Troubleshooting
Can’t Find a KOL?
Use the search bar in All KOLs to locate the KOL by name, affiliation, or topic.
Ensure the KOL is included in your company’s subscription.
Missing Data in Profiles?
If you notice missing or outdated information in a KOL profile, first confirm with your administrator that the data is current. If updates are needed, submit a ticket with our support team for assistance.
