The All KOLs section allows you to explore the full list of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) your company subscribes to. This feature provides an overview of KOL details, making it easy to browse, search, and manage profiles.
How to Access and View All KOLs
Step 1: Navigate to "All KOLs"
Click "All KOLs" on the left-hand sidebar to view the entire list.
Alternatively, click "View All" under All KOLs for expanded access to the list.
Step 2: Browse the List
The All KOLs table displays key details about each KOL, including:
Name: The KOL's full name and affiliation.
Affiliation: The organization or institution they are associated with.
Specialty and Subspecialties: Their medical or research focus areas.
Contents: The total number of content items (articles, videos, etc.) linked to the KOL.
In My KOLs: Indicates if the KOL has been added to your "My KOLs" list (e.g., "Added" or "Not Added").
Step 3: Search and Filter KOLs
Use the Search Bar in the top-right corner to locate KOLs by name, specialty, or affiliation.
Adjust the Rows Per Page setting (bottom-right) to view more or fewer KOLs per page.
Navigate between pages using the arrow buttons.
Step 4: Explore a KOL Profile
Click on a KOL’s name in the list to open their profile.
Inside the profile, you can view detailed insights, including publications, trending topics, and associated brands.
Key Features in "All KOLs"
Add to My KOLs: Save specific KOLs to your My KOLs list for quick access.
Content Counts: View the total number of publications, videos, and other materials a KOL has contributed.
Sorting: Sort columns (e.g., Name, Specialty) by clicking the column headers.
Best Practices
Use the search and filter options to quickly locate relevant KOLs.
Regularly explore the All KOLs list to discover new KOLs in your focus area.
Keep your My KOLs list updated by adding or removing KOLs as needed.
Troubleshooting
Missing KOLs: If you can’t find a specific KOL, confirm their inclusion in your company’s subscription. Contact your administrator or submit a support ticket for further assistance.
Search Not Working: Ensure your search terms are spelled correctly or try alternative keywords (e.g., name, specialty).
