How to Generate an Executive Summary Report
Step 1: Access the KOL Profile
Navigate to the All KOLs or My KOLs section in the sidebar.
Select the KOL whose summary you want to generate. This will open their detailed profile page.
Step 2: Initiate Report Generation
On the KOL profile page, locate the "Create Executive Summary With Oli" button at the top-right corner.
Click the button to open the report generation interface.
Step 3: Configure Report Parameters
Use the provided options to specify your report parameters:
Time Frame: Select from 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months to define the reporting period.
Search Parameters: Adjust filters (e.g., topics, brands, or sources) if applicable.
Confirm your selection by clicking Generate Report.
Step 4: Review and Save the Report
Once generated, the Executive Summary will display:
Key metrics (e.g., number of publications, mentions, and trending topics).
Activity insights specific to the selected KOL.
Summaries of related trends, content, and brands.
Review the report for accuracy and relevance.
Save or export the report as needed for further sharing or analysis.

Select Relevant Time Frames: Use shorter time frames (e.g., 3 months) for recent updates and longer time frames (e.g., 12 months) for annual overviews.
