Step 1: Accept Your Invitation
Check your email for an invitation from Konstellate ([email protected]) with the subject line: "You’ve been invited".
Click the "Join Konstellate" button in the email.
Tip: If the button doesn’t work, copy and paste the activation URL from the email into your browser.
Step 2: Set Up Your Account
After accepting the invitation, you will see the Create Account page.
Enter your email (pre-filled).
Create a secure password and click Create Account.
You’ll receive a confirmation email titled “Welcome to Konstellate” with additional options to explore features or contact support.
Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to the Profile Settings page (as shown below).
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
On the Settings page, fill in the relevant details:
First Name and Last Name: Enter your full name.
Title: Add your professional title (e.g., "Medical Affairs Manager").
Profile Photo: Upload an image if desired (allowed formats: .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif; max size: 3.1 MB).
Click Save Changes to finalize your profile setup.
Step 4: Access the Dashboard
Once your profile is saved, navigate to the main dashboard to start exploring features like:
Viewing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Generating insights.
Using the "Chat with Oli" feature.
Troubleshooting Activation or Login Issues
Didn’t receive the invitation email?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Contact your administrator to resend the invitation.
Activation link expired?
Request a new link from your administrator.
