Tips for Effective Searching
Be Specific: Use precise keywords to narrow down results.
Avoid Overloading: Start with broad terms if unsure, then refine your query.
Check Mentions: For trending topics or brands, ensure the mention count matches your interest.
Differences from Dashboard Filters
Context-Specific: This search function only applies to the section you’re viewing.
No Advanced Filters: Unlike the dashboard, it doesn’t include multi-layered filtering options such as date ranges or sources.
Troubleshooting
No Results Found: Check for typos or adjust your query to a broader term.
Irrelevant Results: Ensure you’re in the correct view for your intended search (e.g., searching for brands in Brands).
