Searching for Insights

The search functionality allows you to quickly locate relevant insights using keywords, filters, and advanced search parameters. Follow these steps to refine your search and find the content you need.

How to Search for Insights

Step 1: Access the Search Bar

  1. Locate the Search Bar in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Type in a keyword (e.g., topic, KOL name, or brand) and hit Enter or click the Search button.

Step 2: Use Advanced Filters

  1. Click the Filter Icon next to the search bar to open advanced filtering options.

  2. Customize your search with the following filters:

    • Date: Select a specific date range or use conditions (e.g., equals, before, after).

    • KOL: Add a KOL’s name to narrow the results to their content.

    • Source: Choose specific platforms or publications (e.g., PubMed, OncLive).

    • Additional Filters: Click + Add Filter to apply more conditions based on your needs.

  3. After setting your filters, click Search to view the results.

Step 3: Review Search Results

  1. The results will display in a table format, including:

    • Source: The platform or publisher of the content.

    • Type: Video, publication, podcast, etc.

    • Title: The content’s title.

    • Publication Date: The date the content was published.

  2. Use the Rows Per Page option at the bottom to adjust the number of results displayed per page.

  3. Navigate through pages using the arrow buttons.

Best Practices for Searching

  • Combine Filters: Use multiple filters (e.g., KOL name + date) to refine results for specific insights.

  • Save Time: Use the KOL Dashboard to directly search content related to specific KOLs.

  • Dense View Toggle: Use the Dense View toggle to display more rows on the screen.

Troubleshooting

  • No Results Found: Ensure your search terms are correct and adjust filters to broaden the scope.

  • Filter Issues: Remove unnecessary filters one at a time to identify the one causing restrictions.

  • Technical Problems: If the search functionality isn’t working, contact support at [email protected].
